リバーシブルのスカジャンで、表生地のみに刺繍が配されています(裏側は無地です)。
素材は表生地はレーヨン100%のサテン生地です。裏生地はポリエステル100%のサテン生地です。タラタラとしたシルクのようなドレープ感と独特の重厚な光沢が特徴のサテン生地です。
このスカジャンには1950年代の素材感を彷彿させるサテンが使用されています。
このスカジャンは、ジッパーを取り付ける最後の行程の前に、染料を使って反応染めで染めあげる手法(製品染め)を取り入れています。そうすることで、全体的に生地や刺繍部分の彩度が落ち、また生地と刺繍部分の色に統一感がもたらされ、程よいヴィンテージ感と落ち着いた雰囲気のある風合いが生まれます。
程よいオールドビンテージ感、上品なシワ感、色ムラ感などの経年変化の魅力を再現して、購入時からヴィンテージさながらの風合いを楽しむことができるスカジャンに仕上げられています。
反応染めレーヨンボディ、緻密な刺繍とデザインを実現させるために、このスカジャンは多くの生産工程を経ています。裁断→一部縫製→刺繍→ジッパー部以外を縫製→染め→ジッパー縫い付けの流れは、1つの工場で出来ないため、異なる工場を何度も行き来して、時間とコストと手間がかけられ、ようやく完成させられています。
衿と袖口と裾は、アクリル70% 毛30%のライン入り二重リブ生地で切り替えられています。
中綿は詰められていませんので、モコモコ感がなく、すっきりとした着用感になります。また、中綿なしの薄手のライトアウターですので、春先から秋口まで軽く羽織れ、年間を通して、幅広く着用できます。
フロントファスナーには、噛まないようにスムーズに動き、ボディにダメージを与えないよう角が丸くなっている、YKK別注のスイッチプランニングオリジナルジッパーが採用されています。
表生地・裏生地ともにウエスト部には、三角形の補強ステッチが付いた弧状の配色両玉縁ポケットが設けられています。
袖には共生地配色1本ラインテープが配されています。
柄は総刺繍で描かれています。
刺繍は、手振り刺繍の風合いを再現するため、高度な技術をもった機械刺繍で表現されています。

This jacket is produced by japanese souvenir jacket brand Hanatabi Gakudan from Script Switch Planning and made in China. This satin jacket has been embellished with embroidery of Japanese flower cart and Japanese Goldfish. And this sukajan is cut to Slim Fit with shorter length for a more fashion-forward looks. A sleeker fit has been incorporated in this jacket for those who prefer something more tailored and less bulky, whereby the armholes have been raised slightly higher, the sleeves more tapered, and the body slimmed down. And the jacket is not bulky or puffy.
