●From Vishay, the US1A and US1M series are ultrafast surface mount rectifier diodes
●Featuring a small, low profile package, these rectifiers can be used by automatic pick and place machines
●Features and Benefits
●US1A and US1M rectifiers feature matte tin plated leads （solderable per J-STD-002 and JESD 22 B-102 depending on model）
●A coloured band indicates the cathode end
●These rectifiers are constructed with a glass passivated pallet chip junction that can enhance reverse voltage resistance and decrease the risk of leakage
●These rectifier diodes are efficient with ultra fast reverse recovery time and low switching losses
●US1A and US1M rectifiers meet MSL 1 （Moisture Sensitivity Level 1）, which means the package is robust and not sensitive to moisture during reflow
●Capable of managing high forward surges
●Applications
●These rectifiers are suited to freewheeling and high frequency applications
